Hello Neighbors!

We hope you're having a wonderful start to the new year! Attached you'll find our Winter 2025-2026 Newsletter, which includes several important updates and highlights from around the neighborhood.

Inside the newsletter, you'll find information about updates to EPCC leadership, annual dues, details on a recently awarded city matching grant, and plans for upcoming entrance landscape renovations following the lightning strike this past summer. We're also excited to share photos and a recap from our neighborhood Christmas party- thank you again to everyone who attended, contributed, and helped make it such a special event. Additional items include a few friendly reminders, an update regarding the boat ramp lock code change, and a spotlight on locally owned businesses from residents right here in our neighborhood.

Looking ahead, we would love your help with future newsletter information. If you have photos of your garden produce- vegetables, flowers, or anything you're proud of (chickens count!), we would be delighted to feature them in the upcoming Spring issue. We also welcome submissions from residents who own a business, have a side gig, or have a teen who offers summer services such as lawn care, pet sitting, or babysitting and would like to be featured in future newsletters.

Thank you for being such an engaged and supportive community. We truly appreciate all you do to make our neighborhood a great place to live!

Warm regards,

Ashley Insetta
